Angle the head camera so both hands are visible; start from the App (never the physical button).
Work normally
Do real tasks: chopping, packing, stocking, cleaning. Move naturally and keep hands in frame.
Self-check
Review a few seconds: bright enough? hands in frame? no minors? delete accidental clips.
Upload
Upload on this platform (resumable); auto screening then human QA; passed footage counts as accepted hours.
